OVERVIEW
Regional sales manager (RSM) is a second line sales manager post. He/She handles the team of area sales managers. RSM's primary work is related to management of sales team.

EXPERIENCE
Need Regional Manager, who can handle a team of Area Business Managers and Medical Representatives, to promote company's products to doctors on a day-to-day basis and bring sales to the company month after month,
- Must have minimum of 2 to 3 years of experience as Regional Business Manager and 3 to 4 years of experience as Area Business Manager in top Regional and National Companies,
- Good product knowledge, good knowledge and relation with KOL Doctors and pharmacies is a must,
- Must have good expertise in sales planning and forecast.
- Chennai exposure with Gastro, Cardio Diabetic exposure is desirable.
- Call Average should be 8 to 10 per day.
- Should follow Company's reporting system.

RESPONSIBILITIES
- Develop monthly customer sales targets and annual promotional plans for existing accounts.
- Share information with others in Janssen about accounts in a fit-for-purpose format
- Development of strategic partnerships with regional pharmacy Key account’s goal ‘partner of choice ‘
- Be responsible for the Sales targets and forecasting process using various tools.
- Administrate the Sales Commissions Plan for Account Directors and Portfolio Executives
- Perform Sales Support function (participation in internal deal approval process)
